The firm, GaiSheridan International Pty Ltd, offers a flexible range f services in the aid and development field.  We undertake short missions for project inputs, especially for project design activities, and we offer specialised support services to project management firms to support bid development and or aspects of project implementation and quality control:

1. Education Project Design and Evaluation Services – short – medium term missions to undertake project design or evaluation, or feasibility studies.

2. Support for Tendering
      -     selected areas of tender development – specific purpose commissions to undertake
            .    international travel and stakeholder consultation for marketing and tender site research;  and/or
            .     write the Approach and Methodology and prepare the accompanying charts and diagrams;  and/or
            .     professionalise the CVs of selected team members; and/or
            .     editing and presentation of tender documents.

      -     bid management -  short term contracts to lead a team in the preparation of tenders, including acceptance of responsibility for the overall management of a bid process and final production of the tender documentation to company standards and styles.

      -     representation/liaison with AusAID in Canberra  - very short commissions to gather market intelligence on sectoral issues and future tenders;  and attending tender briefings and reporting on issues affecting the tender to be developed.

3. Project Director Services – contracts for a series of short term inputs in contracted projects to provide general direction and guidance to the implementing team in technical areas (education projects only) and or monitoring of progress in project implementation for Managing Contractors’ internal project quality assurance purposes.
